I was first contacted by HR who asked me to call them back. I did, and they arranged an interview for me with the two people in Marketing that I would be assisting. I spoke with those two people and was told I would be contacted again later. It was an odd interview because neither HR nor the marketing people asked me typical interview questions: why do you want this job, strengths/weaknesses, etc. The interview was very brief.

Very friendly and I was given in house support beforehand to prepare from HR. I met with two members of the team separately and both felt like informal chats, I felt at ease.
First stage of interview process. Online interview - 5 basic personality and competency questions. Your answers are recorded via your webcam and sent to the hiring manager. Didn’t get the role but they gave me thorough feedback which was nice
