I applied online by submitting my resume to HR after a college career fair. About a week later I was contacted to set up a phone interview with HR, where they asked basic questions about my background, career goals, school, etc. Following that phone call, I was asked - via email - to come in for a formal interview with the Marketing team. There I had a panel interview with the Events Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, and Graphic Designer where they asked more specific questions about the job, my past work experience, and my capabilities.
