Interview
The interview was done in two sections - first to speak about job basics and expectations, second is more about qualifications and asked about resolving escalations and patrons situations. Interviewers are friendly and open to discuss work fundamentals. They showed around the workplace and described everything that will be needed to complete during work.

Are you comfortable with inserting yourself in uncomfortable escalating situations with patrons?
Group of staff interviewed me and asked a number of questions and also there was a one-on-one meeting with the Head Librarian. All under an hour. It was pretty painless as far as interviews go.
