Beware of negotiating your salary and asking about benefits, as your offer may be pulled. I had 3 interviews with Pennoni and then received an offer. I negotiated my salary and suggested 11.5% higher than what they initially offer. They gave me a counter offer and I accepted the position. I spoke with the HR asking different benefits, such as relocation assistance because he mentioned it can be offered as a sign-on bonus and I had him ask the team about it because I wanted to know more information. He called me a couple days later saying the team pulled my offer because they were offended that I negotiated my salary and was interested in relocation assistance. I tried to contact my future-boss to understand what happened but she never responded. Negotiation is a standard part of the hiring process and it seems extremely unethical to me to have an offer pulled after inquiring about benefits and asking for 11.5% higher than the initial salary. I would proceed with caution with this company.
