Applied online and didn’t hear anything for 2-3 weeks. When they did reach out, it was to let me know they passed on my application. No reason provided and wasn’t even given a chance for phone or face to face interview.
Two phone interviews then ghosted. No response from recruiter after multiple requests. Poor candidate experience. If they treat candidates this poorly, employees are probably not that highly regarded either. Not professional.
