Phone screen followed by an in-person. The in-person was exhausting, meeting over a dozen people spending hours after hours of the same questions. Was asked to come back. I figured they asked enough questions and now just trying to get to know me as a person. Nope, same behavioral questions. They say they want to preserve the culture by having you meet with so many people. There were some cool folks but others indicates a highly political environment where it will be hard for you to accomplish anything.
