Penumbra Recovery Worker interview questions

The process consisted of reviewing a report/result of a test they use to evaluate wellbeing. You must be able to read a basic graph and make comments on the progress on each area. Then you are interviewed by 3 people: one senior member of staff (in my case an area manager) the recruiting manager and one person who is currently receiving support from Penumbra which is great because that way they are involved and have a say in who gets to work with them. Solely competency based questions with loads of flexibility to use examples from everyday life and not necessarily from professional experience. Expect the usual techniques of probing questions, good cop/bad cop or asking you to repeat your answer to see if you are capable to express yourself in various ways and adapt your vocabulary to audience.
