Did four rounds of interviews. First with an HR rep. Second with the photo director. Third with deputy photo editor. Lastly, editor in chief. All interviews went well and I enjoyed conversing with them. But was never contacted and probably wasn’t going to be contacted until I reached out to the photo director to thank him for his time. He replied stating they went with another candidate but the position still remains open after two weeks. I’m disappointed that he was not going to bother letting me know until I reached out. On top of that, also giving me a false answer. Please do not waste peoples time. Please be mindful enough that applicants are taking their time not your time to interview for a role.
