First, there were 2 different interviews with the actual position's supervisor. Then there was an hour long written test. Then there was an interview with 3 of the team members to see if I was a good fit. Was told that I had passed everything very well and was being moved on to HR pre-screening call. Pre-screening call consisted of 2 questions: Was I willing to submit proof of Covid vaccination (for a fully remote out of state position), and what was my desired salary. After that interview, took two more weeks of silence and me emailing several times to finally receive word that I was not invited for the next step of interviews. I must assume that my response to the Covid vaccine question was what put me out of the running. First of all, this should have been listed as a requirement in the job description, which it was not. Secondly, the HR prescreening should have been done FIRST, before any of the other interviews, that way no one's time would have been wasted, especially since the whole process took 6 weeks! Extremely unprofessional! Would not recommend this company to anyone.
