The interview rounds were really great, each one of 1 hour duration. I had 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round. In HR we discussed the compensation break-up and company policies. I was told that the offer letter will be released in max 2 working days. It's been a month now and I still don't have the offer letter. I have followed up with them atleast 5 times by now or may be more and each time the response was end of the day today or max by tomorrow. I've come to a point where I can accept that my candidature is not valid anymore than being told EOD one more time. I was also told to be transparent if I get any other offer, so that they can atleast try to match. It's ironic when they fail to be transparent about the offer in the first palce. Not valuing other's time and efforts, keeping your interviewees in the dark, not honouring your own timelines etc says a lot about your company's morals. It's unprofessional to not value other's time. To this day they say the offer letter is still in pipeline and will be released by EOD.
