Interview
Was contacted via a third employer party. Seems the company wants to full positions instead of hiring people with experience or that fit the role. No interview questions or whatsoever.
Spoke with the Associate Director of Design for 30 minutes via a video call. Upon finishing this call, I was instructed to wait to hear back about a 2nd interview. I ultimately was not chosen to advance in the process.
Pretty good first round video interview, chill and casual, mostly about past experiences and some behavioral questions. But still failed to get into 2nd round since they want a more senior candidate.
