Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my introduction and questions related to my summer internship.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at People Inc. in Nov 2022
Interview
The entire process was very smooth. First round was a screen call with HR on general behavioral questions. Then an online interview with hiring manager delved deeper into some behavioral questions as well as personal skills and fit. The final round was a take-home assignment and a follow-up presentation on the homework.
Throughout the conversation, I felt like I was a good match, and the feeling was mutual. All the questions in the interview was super fun and the homework was intuitive and relevant to the job. Overall, I had a great experience.
A special shout-out to the HR who was very accommodating! The only shortcoming was probably the relatively slow process that was due to company’s structural change.
