Interview
I was contacted by Dotdash Meredith for an interview request. The HR contact said they would reach out to get it scheduled, but ghosted. I followed up, they said they would reach out with times for the following week, and ghosted again. Such a bummer because I stayed home from a vacation for this interview. I followed up, they said they called and left a voicemail letting me know the position had been filled, but I was never contacted via phone or email with this info. The HR emails were full of spelling errors and the tone was extremely unprofessional.

Interview
Had the HR phone screening first which quickly moved me into another round with 3 interviews in a row. It seemed like they were going through the motions and didn't actually care. I then moved onto a homework assignment. They require you to spend hours at on an assessment - where I was then declined. With no feedback, even after asking and spending hours working on it. Waste of time and clearly not interested in actually helping people find jobs. I advise against applying here. If you don't have enough experience, don't even apply. They won't even care enough to look at your resume.
