People Tech Group Backend Developer interview questions

Steps: 1) HR called me and straight away drops my expected CTC by significant amount, still i said yes for the job. There was going to be two technical rounds 1) First technical round: Easy, basic DSA questions and questions on python 2) Second technical round: Easy, mainly around designing system for uber like software. They dont want deep system design knowledge, you just have to know the basics about microservices and how they communicate. I cleared both technical rounds. Then, I submitted my documents to HR. Their HR is saying that, show me the offer letter that you received from first company on mail. I know its fine, but somehow I dont know how, it got deleted. I have downloaded the offer letter but the mail was deleted. But to submit alternative proof, I even gave my bank statements, Form 26AS and even shown many regular mails from the company that i worked before. I had submitted all documents from my other organisation as well where i worked before. Lastly they were wasting my time, So I rejected their offer. I accepted other organisation offer, which was much better than this company offer. whatever happens happens for good. Basically, what i felt while this process: 1) Their HR is highly unprofessional. 2) They questioned how i get 6 LPA in my first job, people get only 1-2 LPA. Their company pays this small amount to the employees that's why he was questioning my abilities. 3) Even their interviews standard was quite low.
