I received a recruiter call and was asked all the standard questions. I was surprised and unprepared when I was asked to give the final interview on the same day. While I understand that there may be an urgency to fill the role, I was not given enough information or time to adequately prepare for the interview. Additionally, it is not common to receive the final interview in the first place without having a chance to learn more about the company and the interview process. I felt pressured to participate in the interview despite my concerns and was ultimately unable to perform at my best. I believe that this could have been avoided if I had been given more information about the company and the interview process in advance. I hope that in the future, the company will provide more transparency and clarity to candidates to ensure that everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to succeed in the interview process.

interview was easy by the way , but interviewer is a little bit rude , it literly took 2 moths to complete entire 3 rounds , too much of lag in selection process
