Interview
In March, the recruiter hyped up an outsourcing opportunity with Amazon. After ghosting me for three months, they suddenly scheduled a technical interview with a senior SDE, where I nailed every question. The very next day, they said they had positive feedback and were eager to move ahead, so they promptly set up another onsite interview with another SDE and a director. That talk lasted barely 15 minutes, and they assured me an offer was imminent. Now, another three months have gone by without a word. To add insult to injury, I'm still getting messages on LinkedIn from other recruiters about the same position! What's going on?
