I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PeopleReady in Jan 2022
Interview
I met with someone who although was honest, didn't give me a compelling reason to work for People Ready besides "the different you can make in people's lives". They explained the potential schedule I'd have and it just felt absolutely untenable to maintain a work/life balance with the hours required. They don't allow overtime (at least for the role I was interviewing for) and the pay was alright but for them amount of work and stress (they admitted multiple times that they were very understaffed) it felt like a slap in the face.
The interview was easy and quick. The manager asked me about my job experience, why will I be a good candidate for the position, why do I want to work as a recruiter and started explaining what the position consist of.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleReady (Lafayette, LA) in Jan 2022
Interview
I was reached out to by one of their recruiters, so I never applied here. Made it to a second interview with a hiring manager, and then a third with her manager. Was told I’d hear back the next week. After a week and half go by I did a follow up to confirm my suspicions of being ghosted. That indeed was the case.
