Interview
I applied for an administrative assistant position that had great pay and benefits from its description. A few days later I got a call to interview. When I got there, there were other people waiting to interview before me. I'm patient so no big deal. People keep coming and waiting for interview, to the point where five people (including me) and sitting in the waiting area. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were told that they were sorry it was taking so long...the other recruiters were out to lunch. So I'm sitting there wondering, who goes to lunch at 10am? Sure enough almost 20 minutes later two guys come back with Arby's. At this point I've almost waited an hour. I finally get to interview with a recruiter, when he tells me that they're not even interviewing me for the position I applied for. I asked if the position was still open, and he said he didn't know because their other office handles that. I let him tell me about this other job, it feels practically like a sales pitch. I ask about the pay (which is significantly lower than the pay for the job I actually applied for). I told him, 'I don't understand how you expect me to take a job that I didn't apply for and has an extremely low wage'. Oh and this whole conversation took 5 minutes. So I waited there an hour for nothing

Really nice and comfortable, asked very important questions and very detailed answers. The interviewer got back to me within a day, and was willing to work with me for any job opportunity that they could provide.

Interview
We did a phone screen first, then an in-person interview. The in-person interview was less than 45 minutes. Conversational. Comfortable. No behavior type questions. Straight to the point to discuss a possible assignment and how I might fit there.
