Thank you so much for your feedback. We're sorry to hear what you took away from your experience interviewing with us. Please understand that our company started with 2 people grew to 13 branches in 3 states. This is why you see a lot of employees who have just started with us over the last few years. We have a growing organization and on average we have opened 1-2 offices a year since 2008; in 2013 alone opened 4 offices which added approximately 20 new staff members to our team. We certainly do not fire recruiters every quarter. We seek the best fit for our company and want to make sure anyone joining the team also feels we are a best fit for them.
