People strong software company visited our campus for hiring process. Totally 30 students applied for the online test. The test consists of 50 mcq's in 45 mins. They are from quantitative ability, logical reasoning and verbal . If you are good at english you can clear this very easily. After this 10 students were selected for interview rounds. They are 2 technical rounds and one Hr round. Technical round 1: First of all , he asked me to introduce my self. And i am so lucky that he is alumni of our college . After some personal talk about college life and all. He moved on to technical questions. He asked me 2 coding questions(1. all permutations of a string and 2.print matrix in spiral) and asked me to write the code. after that he asked me about my projects and interns. After that some questions on oops concepts and sql queires . He was quiet happy with my answers and explination. 5 students were shortlisted for technical round 2. Technical round 2: In this round , He asked me about my previously done projects and present running projects. After that one coding question on data structures which is some what complicated and i had taken 40 mins to solve that question and He is compromised with my solution. After that the interviewer showed me some apps related to people strong company. After this round , 4 students were called for HR round. HR round: HR round is very simple. Nothing much to do with this. Just Be you, they ask me very basic things like Tell me about your family? Why we should hire you? Why people strong company? Just search about the company before going to interview. After this round, i was offered job at people strong company. All the 4 people selected for hr round were offered job at people strong company. All the best
