I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleStrong Technologies (Indi, Karnataka) in Jul 2021
Interview
Extremely unprofessional conduct.
I thought the reviews were exaggerating but it was worse than i expected.
The HR who contacted me through call was pretty helpful & understanding but the other HR handling my profile was extremely unprofessional.
First interview was pretty straightforward, I was able to answer most of the questions. There were a lot of questions though. Most of them were algorithmic.
Second interview was also pretty decent. Neither of the interviews cared for the approach, they just wanted to see the code directly. They didn't even take time to understand my approach which was flawed but since it answered the testcases he checked, he didn't realise. Obviously they didnt explain the question to me either, just asked the question and the code. Each interview went on for ~ 1 hr and had like 5-6 question (probably because I was answering quickly). It didn't look like they knew what they were asking either, i had to explain the question first then the answer (lol?)
A few days go by, no response, so i asked the recruiter whats the feedback, he says 1 positive & second was blank. I asked what does that mean to which he replied that the engg didnt give any feedback so instead of asking him they scheduled another interview. (how is this company surviving?)
Third interview was with a director or someone senior & he asked me LLD questions like deisgn a snakes & ladders game (classes & everything). I did but i took a few extra minutes. Next 2 questions were design as well. I answered 2/3 questions.
HR scheduled all the interviews over whatsapp & never replied over mail. Also treated me like a friend which im clearly not, I wouldve expected more professionalism but meh.
Anyways, after 5 days i ask the HR and he told me he forgot to let me know.........(bro...?)
He said the feedback was negative. I was obviously surprised so i asked him what was the feedback & he says my DSA was weak when the only unanswerd questions were from design & sql
This was easily the worst experience I've had with a company.
Seems like a bullet dodged anyways.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PeopleStrong Technologies (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2025
Interview
I interviewed with this company, and the overall experience was not very encouraging. In the first round, my profile is strongly focused on backend development, and my resume is entirely based on backend technologies. However, the interviewer assigned for this round was a junior engineer with a frontend background, which led to a noticeable mismatch in discussion and evaluation.
In the second round with the director, the experience was even more disappointing. He joined the interview but remained on mute for almost 15–20 minutes. He briefly unmuted himself just to say “hey” and then muted again. He did not show interest in understanding my experience, which gave the impression that he was not engaged or interested in the interaction.
