I got a call through employee referral. The process was very quick. There was a telephonic screening followed by an interview. The interview was taken by 3 panelists. The HR involvement was very low. All the questions were behavioural in nature.

The hiring manager hardly had any time to take an interview. She just let her subordinate take the interview and took at least 3 months to revert back after interview. Very unprofessional behavior.
