There is a series of tests that are required. There are three interviews that you have to plan to do. Two or three are physical, one on the phone. This takes time and does not guarantee employment. Many of the positions are temporary, some have the potential of turning into full-time. Plan to dress business casual but not in a suit. You are not meeting with the employer! You are meeting with someone who can help you and that's still important.
