Pepsi Bottling Ventures interview questions

Super easy interviews. There was one with the hiring manager and then one with HR. I was ghosted after the HR interview, even after I sent follow-up emails just for updates. The hiring manager mentioned that this job had been posted for months, so I wasn't surprised they ghosted me, too. Not sure they even know what they were looking for, as it's still posted.

It was an initial phone screen which I don’t think I will get the job because they were looking for beverage experience. They prefer candidates with beverage/refreshment experience. I don’t think I am completely out yet, but it was something emphasized during screening.
