Online app. Then got call in for in person interview 2 weeks later. Once there fill out paper application and talked with HR. Same day talked with managers in departments. Then a few days later got a call to find out when I could start training. Training begins on Mondays. My first day filled out paperwork that took around 45mins then took the drug screening. Once passed the drug test you start your 1st training day.
