Interview
First I saw someone from H,R, She asked to give them a quick Synopsis of my career. She asked how my previous work would relate to what I could do for them. (Previous work had some relation but I was avle to put something together) Was called for a second interview and it was my boss/"Mentor" and the Head of Admin. This wasn't an interview, it was basically them telling me what job I was going to be doing. If I had any questions. And when could I start. My resume is good but you might want to give an impression that they are still being interviewed not that you're giving an offer right away. Desperation at its Finest. The first day is the Drug test and they ask you to fill up a cup to a certain point and come out and show it to the HR person. It's the kind of drug tests you can get at CVS that test for EVERYTHING. Not the standard 9-10 panel drug test as mandated by the state of Illinois,
