Interview
Simple phone interview. Ask basic questions. They will offer you employment. Accept it but be ready for them to waste your time by not responding again. Good luck trying to get some clarity as to why you were given the job but nobody ever calls and follows through. It’s a very complicated situation. You are given a number to call and of course it’s to somebody from another country that has no clue what is going on. Save your self the headache. I turned down numerous job offers to take this one just to be lied to by this company and be left with out employment. Thank you Pepsi I really appreciate it. I have a family that depends on me to support them. You may have time for games but I do not. Next time practice some professionalism and call people back and let them know you do not intend to hire them after all. It’s going on a month and I’m still under the impression I’m getting hired. This place is a joke
I don't know I haven't had it yet I should be in contact with the recruiting department sometimes soon From what I heard its not that difficult to do first you have a phone interview then you go in person

Interview
Your “interview” is meeting with the boss and him seeing if he likes you. He doesn’t ask any questions or anything. He asks if you have any and talks to you about what the job is that’s it. And if you know anyone in upper management you don’t have an interview you automatically get an interview.
