Applied online and scheduled an interview via email. Upon arrival, I was made to fill out a large packet, including the application I had already submitted. Interview was fairly relaxed and fine. Due to covid 19 I received a phone interview with an HR manager. She was very polite and treated it more as a screening interview to learn more about me and see which department i would fit best in.
