Interview
The interview process was quite fast and very straightforward. First I needed to answer some online questions regarding my skills, previous experiences and motivation. The HR team contacted me two days after submitting my application and scheduled me for a phone interview for the next day. After the interview call, which basically was about talking about myself and making sure the info a provided on the submission document was ok, I was asked to come in to the offices during the next week for another interview this time with both the HR representative and the hiring manager. Two days after the interview at the offices I received an offer.

About my previous experiences, what was my motivation for working on FMCG, to talk about myself in English so they can assess my level of English, what I knew about the company and did a small exercise regarding market trends, P&L analysis and sales.
