Interview
I applied online and submitted my resume to the manager via Linkedin and received a call to interview about a week later.
Interview went well, they told me they would let me know my results in 1-2 weeks, about 2 weeks later i emailed them for a followup they didn't reply but a few days later the HR intern called me to let me know they decided to proceed forward with another candidate.

Question 1
The interview process was very casual, manager asked me to review my resume for him, asked me my favourite part about my last job, asked me some behavioural questions ei, give an example of a time you had to work with a difficult co-worker, give an example of a positive change you were able to make in your old job, if we called your manager what would he/she say is your weakness.
