Four hours in a room with other candidates. Reminded me of hunger games. The finance manager was rude and told me I wasn't very smart if I didn't know the answer to one of her questions relating to gain/loss. The fortune 150 companies I worked for handled fixed assets a little different than Pepsi. I wasn't defensive and turned up the politeness. Got a job offer but declined because of the interview process . I would rather make less money than exist in a place that condones that behavior. I am happy every day, gainfully employed and drink Coke.

HR reaches out to you (she had no idea about the role or what they were actually looking for), then you go through interviews with the hiring manager and an associate panel, but HR never contacts you for follow-up and leaves you waiting for weeks. They say it takes 3 to 4 weeks the process, but 8 weeks have already passed and I never found out what happened. The position is still active, yet they don’t say anything and their system was never updated.
