Many individuals have reported that they are first screened by a HR representative via telephone. I , however, wasn't. Two weeks after submitting the online application, I was asked to come in for an interview at the Maumelle location. The interview was panel, consisting on the Plant Manager, immediate supervisor and the District HR Manager. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable about the position and company. The interview lasted an hour and I was told that a decision should be made by the end of day.
