Contacted by an HR agent out of Vancouver, completing a phone interview asking the usual questions about experience, career goals, etc. If you are successful they will refer you to the local Unit Manager or Merchandising Manager who will invite you to the office for a face to face.
Face to face a similar line of questions continue, and they establish through face to face if you are responsible, smart enough, and physically capable of lifting Pepsi product consistently.
After the interview the manager will call you if you are to be offered the position. At this point you will be emailed an offer letter to review, and if you choose to sign it, you will then be hired and onboarded.

Unorganized, unprofessional, Seemed to me that the whole interview process was just a thrown together part of the process, The managers there doing the interview didn't seem like they were very invested in the whole interview process, seemed like they were more concerned with other things, they were preoccupied and only did the interview because it is required of them to do so.
