Turn in app online, they call to set up a phone interview!! 1-2 weeks after that you get a call for a 1:1, then they get class ready n send you for drug screen n bring you in for hire paperwork n start classes!! It took a month to get hired in!! They do orientation classes once a month as a group!!!

Most of the questions were about being a team player n watching you fellow employees for safety issues to make sure everyone goes home safe n treated fairly!!
The interview went very well. They gave us a walk through, were we practically learned how to do it in 1 day. I really like working for that company very much.

They held a job fair and take a interview of applicators. If they pass the interview then they send them for first exam . If we pass this exam then then send for next process. After passing that we are selected for job.
