I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Houston, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
Had a great interview. Company looks very interesting to work for. Received an email back that I wasn't selected for position. Not really sure why not but would to like to know if to be discouraged from trying again. Try to keep the motto " If you tired of starting over stop giving up". Will continue to try soon.
It was very brief and straight to the point; it was more about the physical capability of the candidate than the skills they possess. Once that was covered and previous experience was covered, the interview was over.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What kind of heavy lifting can I do, and other various physical-related questions
The process was very fast; they let you know a day or two if you got the job or no. the person that interviewed me was a kind person, he assured me that is not a big deal and that he still have many other persons to interview
It was the average interview process. It's very easy to pass if you have experience. They ask you the basic questions. If you are prepared it will be ok. If not then you probably won't get the job.
