      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Mar 2018

      Interview

Interview Process was a bit long, from the time I initially submitted application, until I got the job offer. I would say about about 6 weeks. Submitted application, about a week later, I received a questionnaire type email from Talent acquisition. Answered those questions, and about a week and a half later, heard from Talent acquisition again to schedule a phone screening. That call lasted for about 20 minutes. There were no behavioral questions. Just trying to get a feel for who I was, and walked through my resume. From there, she said she would get into contact with HR to try and set up a phone interview with the hiring team over at the plant I applied to. Received a call from the hiring team, pretty much the same as the first call, wanted to get to know me, told me a bit about the job, what she did, and asked to walkthrough my resume. Before the end of the call, she said she would schedule a time for the in-person panel interviews and the plant tour. Panel Interviews were not bad. It was two interviews, two people each. They asked behavioral questions, heavily emphasized STAR method. First interview, interviewers said "okay for this question, we're looking for..." or "tell me about a time when..." It was a solid interview, but they definitely applied pressure. Second interview was much more laid back and relaxed. They heavily emphasized leadership, asked me questions about my resume. So definitely know your resume. Overall, very smooth interview. Had the interview on a Thursday and heard back the following Tuesday saying that they were extending an offer. The next day, the official offer letter came in via Email. Takeaways: Know your resume, Know/Use the STAR method, use the interview questions on Glassdoor and have scenarios ready for several questions, be yourself, and be confident. Oh, if you go on a facility tour, make sure you pay attention on that as well. They snuck a couple of questions about that in the interview also. Negotiation: I didn't negotiate with them. They gave me exactly what I asked for. :) Go PepsiCo!

Met a representative at my college fair, spoke with him and was told to expect a call. Interviewers called about a week and a half later and immediately jumped into a phone interview.
