Interview
Phone interview followed by two panel interviews. Very focused on sales and customer service. After those three interviews I interviewed with the HR Director and Region Vice President.

What is the most you've done to understand a customers point of view?
Very straightforward zoom interview fairly early in the day. It's supposed to last about 45 minutes to an hour, but can go over if the conversation is positive. You're asked 5 standardized questions. Make sure you use the STAR method.

Name a time you thought you had a good idea, but were faced with feedback and had to change.
Simple and easy process they took the time to answer all questions. It was painless and they communicated effectively. It was a two week process and they let you know what to expect. I enjoyed they conversation and they details of the role.
Very straight forward with questions that try to get to know you more as a person. They are making sure you are the right fit because a lot of people quit.
