Mostly behaviorally based questions. Wanted to know more about leadership experience and communication skills than anything else. I had no previous manufacturing experience but good soft skills and was able to have a pretty successful interview. It was actually my firs interview ever and I was hired.

Applied through my University for the position and heard back within a week that I have been selected for an interview. The interview took place at the University, with two people asking me questions. After the interview I received a call that I was selected for the internship a little after a month later.
