Interview
I applied through on-campus recruiting and secured an interview, which consisted of two individual one-on-one interviews with current PepsiCo Marketing employees. I was asked many basic interview questions (tell us about a time you failed, what you learned from being part of a team, etc.) as well as a few product-specific questions that required some quick thinking. One I remember was that I was given the scenario that Lipton tea sales were reliably falling during a particular time of the year, and was asked to come up with possible solutions to remedy the problem.
