Easy normal question about previous job duties and why Pepsi only thing that suck is the schedule as I was not able to change as they had limited slots ( how to 30 words)

I haven't had an interview yet. I'm merely trying to look over some reviews from others about the Pepsi interview process, so that I might possibly get some tip or advantage of some kind. But glassdoor, the lovely folks, are adamant that I post a review to get 12 more great months of site perks, and if I do not fulfill this review obligation then I am restricted from observing any other reviews, salary info, company info or other site privileges. So, this is my review and I hope it has been very informative of the entirety of Pepsi Co's interviewing procedures, policies, strategies, etiquette, etc... and the possibilities one may encounter during the process. I want only to help direct people forward with optimistic mindsets for themselves and I am certain that my review will achieve these results.
