Was contacted about a week after I applied. Interviewed virtually with the hiring manager. The interview went extremely well one of the best I’ve ever had. A few STAR based questions. I was expecting to hear something very soon but so far it has been a little over 3 weeks.

Asked me about my background and why I’d be a good fit. I was asked to give a final 60 second elevator pitch.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
