There is a practical test in a suit case with 6-8 tasks ranging from adjusting a photo eye sensitivity to wiring a 3 phase motor and finding a reading on a circuit with a multimeter. After that, there are some generic general interview questions and a couple specific to the job. In my case they were not forthcoming about the benefits and I was not told that the training schedule would interfere with school, which I told them I was registered for
2 Assessment tests which are done online. Overall straight forward. The 1st test has questions that ask what would you do in the situation stated. Common knowledge teamwork questions. 2nd assessment is mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. You have select the correct response for each item. You have one hour to complete all of the items
