A well structured interview in the fact it was professional yet relaxed and was a packaging focused interview as well as personal. The interview was very casual, the two people interviewing me made it feel much more like a conversation than a typical interview. The interviewers were really nice and thoroughly explained the position which some companies cannot always manage. They talked to me about the location and what it was like to move there from my home state (from experience) and about the culture.
