It was a great experience right from applying to the role, going through various rounds of interview and then finally getting the job offer. It was a tough one as more than 300 candidates applied for this role. I was shortlisted along with some other candidates. All candidates had diverse experiences and fair chance was given to everyone irrespective of different number of years of experience.
