It was an online interview with pre-determined questions that I had to answer, upon completion they would ask for a one on one interview. However, I did not qualify for the next round of interviews

Generic questions like, How would you add to the team.
Phone call with little to no enthusiasm, more of informing than explaining. Lack of enthusiasm was clear. When you miss the call they will not reach you again. They need to take this call seriously if they are considering engineers to do their coop at their facility

Interview
First interview was over the phone and was 15 minutes long. The interviewer asked a lot of questions and it wasn't conversational. the interviewer was looking for very specific answers.
