The interviewer was not clear with their concepts, they wanted just the mugged up answers and given 20 mins for each problem. Asked me to solve longest common subsequence and expecting longest common substring solution.
Overall not a good way to hire candidates.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
The Interview Process is very chaotic. They set up coding interview with me and then they moved it two times each time finding a different reason. And then instead of the coding interview I suddenly got a behavioral chat/overall background interview. Very bizzare and weakly organized. Try to give it a lower priority not waist your valuable time.
