I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Purchase, NY) in Mar 2011
Interview
Interview and hiring process took a very long time so be prepared to wait. There were a mix of telephone calls and back-to-back in person interviews. People were more conversational than interested in posing situational questions, but I'm sure that depends on the person's style. Everyone was very friendly and made the process smooth.
