3 step interview
First interview
was over the phone with HR for about 20-30 minutes, Talk about yourself, why interested in Frito Lay/ what know about it, how can impact their company positively the normal questions
Second interview
computer questionaire, asked behavioral and situational questions (if this were to happen while you were in charge, what would you do (multiple choice)) and personality (psychology) question (do you work best alone or with others)
third interview
Went to Corporation and had panel interview (2 managers and 2 HR people) make sure to have different stories for the panels to add diversity

Interview
Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
