A HR phoned me to schedule an interview first. The HR was not very nice. The interview was quite standard. Although she asked questions like "leadership experience" and "teamwork experience", she was actually expecting me to describe a particular experience on my resume, that she presumed to be "leadership-related" or "teamwork-related". So it was quite hard to get what that HR was looking for.
