Veery long process. Multiple interviews. Ride along and interview at regional head quarters. Interviews wit at least 5 different people. Pay very close attention on ride along. If you don't like the experience and cannot see yourself in a job where you spend bulk of time in grocery stores and gas stations do not take it.

Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
